Room Reservations

The Office of Student Life is responsible for reservations for the rooms listed below. Select the room name to pull up its reservation calendar. If you wish to reserve the room, fill out this form.

Room Responsibilities: Clubs are responsible for providing their own HDMI cable, leaving the room clean, tidy and in order. Please pick up any trash and return furniture to its proper place. Make sure your event ends on time, so the room can be locked. If there is a problem in the room you reserved, contact OSL immediately.

 

Granite Pass 103 Multi Purpose room is a great room for group and committee meetings. The room has seating for 48 total. There is a Projector/LCD Screen in the room, in which you will need to provide your own HDMI cable to access. Available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

 

Granite Pass Conference Room 162 is a great room for medium group and committee meetings. The room is set up with a capacity for 24 people. There is a Projector/LCD Screen in the room, in which you will need to provide your own HDMI cable to access. Available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

 

Conference room 167A is a great room for small group and committee meetings. The room is set up with a capacity of 8. There is a Projector/LCD Screen in the room, in which you will need to provide your own HDMI cable to access. Available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Granite Pass Conference room 170 is a great room for medium group and committee meetings. The room is set up with a capacity of 24. There is a Projector/LCD Screen in the room, in which you will need to provide your own HDMI cable to access. Available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

 

Granite Pass room  171 Conference room  is a great room for small group and committee meetings. The room is set up with a capacity of 8. There is a Projector/LCD Screen in the room, in which you will need to provide your own HDMI cable to access. Available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

 

Available Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Glacier Point Recreation/Gaming Room 115 is a great room for small group and committee meetings. The room is set up with 4 chairs and 4 ottomans and a small side table. There is also video screen for your A/V needs.

 

Available Monday through Sunday, from 8am-10pm, the Tri-College Boardroom is suitable for large group meetings and events. It is equipped with numerous chairs and tables. There is no A/V access. Parking at Merced College requires the purchase of a visitor's permit or valid UC Merced permit.

 

Available Sunday through Thursday 9 a.m to 11 p.m and Friday and Saturday 9 a.m to midnight, the Wallace-Dutra Amphitheater is an outdoor multilevel grass venue with a 60' x 60' concrete stage at the base of the venue with Little Lake as a backdrop. Concrete seating options in front of the stage and above the stage provide availability for wheelchair access in the venue. Upper-level grass seating makes this venue perfect for outdoor acoustic concerts on the green, poetry readings, outdoor movie nights, or open air dance performances. Reservations for the Amphitheater can be made up to six months in advance and must be made at least six weeks before the event date.
